…  But today’s post isn’t about all the adorable details of the wedding.  It’s about the gift the groom gave to his bride on the morning of.  While the entire day seemed like a dream, this is the part that I keep thinking about.

The groom secretly had their engagement photographed.  Never let the secret slip.  Until the morning of the wedding when he gave her, what I think is one of THE sweetest gifts EVER, the photograph of when he proposed.  I mean seriously, isn’t this such a darling idea.  Thoughtful!  Sentimental!  Not to mention, Unique!!

What bride wouldn’t adore this?  I know I would have loved it!!

She’s a lucky girl!!

I have a super sweet solution…. DIY PILLOWCASE CHAIR COVERS!!!

That’s right, I said pillowcase!

Chair covers can cost a few bucks per chair… Who has that kind of money?  Pillowcases are cha-eep! Just browse the web, you’ll find some affordable options.   Now, they may not be the best quality, but you don’t need them to be.  You just need to hide those gross chairs.  ANYTHING is better than those eyesores, right?

Lindsey told me that the resort had many African animals, including the giraffe (pictured below) named Buddy, a camel named Clyde, lemurs, zebras, ostriches, and many antelope.

It’s a lovely neutral color combination with pretty pops of metallic. It’ so soft and neutral that it could work for any wedding, shower or party.  I personally love how soothing and elegant a palette like this is and how easily it could be transformed to fit any theme.
